SYNOPSIS
In this workshop, we will explore the power and significance of the Heart and its capacity to
activate our Soul to achieve higher states of consciousness.
We will share four specific techniques that can lead to an expansion of intuition, happiness, Oneness, and
connectedness when practiced regularly.
These techniques, which are based on the qualities of love, release a cascade of neural and bio-chemical
processes that have statistically-proven physical, mental, and emotional benefits, and can assist us on our
spiritual journey.
